In Between Worlds
In the fragile space between yesterday and tomorrow,
Not quite broken, never truly free,
Fractured, yet whole, a strength born from the cracks.
Description
explores the link between fragility and resilience, this time transposed into a digital universe. This format allows me to refine details and play with striking contrasts, offering a new interpretation of the original work.
Artist’s Note:
Creating Between Two Worlds was like laying the first stones of an aftertime still unclear.
I had just left, without truly having stepped out; the body still tense, the mind on alert.
This drawing held me.
It was born from a moment of shift — fragile yet decisive.
The digital version is a rewriting.
From the initial sketch, I chose to deconstruct everything in order to better translate the momentum,
to clarify the direction, without erasing the hesitation.
It was a way of acknowledging fear and channeling it.
For myself.
